For floodies, there is no other cake as much memorable as this Brownie cake. This cake has been served at numerous birthdays and other occasions, by our very special Chef Marianne. So try and enjoy this tested, relished and loved cake recipe! 🙂
200g icing sugar
30g cacoa power
150g cream cheese
Preheat the oven to 170ᵒ
Put the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric whish if possible, or else manually. Whisk until light and fluffy. Add flour, butter and cocoa powder and beat until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Put the mixture into a baking tray (not to big ~ 30x30cm) and bake it in a preheated oven for about 30 min, or until the top is firm and the centre is soft!
When the cake is cold, spread the frosting on top!
Beat together the icing sugar, butter and cocoa power. Don’t mix to quick or overbeat it as the mixture will become runny. Mix until it is light and fluffy.
